The site, a former dockyard, is being redeveloped as a twin tower skyscraper with a 14m deep basement excavation.

We advised the contractor on the selective excavation and off-site disposal of the spoil. This included a comprehensive zoning investigation and preparation of a detailed zoning plan as part of the Materials Management Plan. We also advised on a remediation strategy to reduce the waste classification of the material, which led to major cost savings for the client.
