We are pleased to announce that the regional manager of CGL Harrogate, Richard Pennock, has been promoted to the position of Regional Director.  Richard started with CGL in the Company’s Leeds office in July 2002 and after a break of two years returned to head up the newly relocated office in Harrogate. Now, 3 years on, Richard and his flourishing team, are expanding the Company’s activities across a number of sectors, raising CGL’s profile in the north and in Scotland.

As a specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering consultancy, we offer a wide range of skills to our clients, which include developers, contractors, energy infrastructure providers and associated professionals.  CGL has had a very successful 2011 with record workload levels and a growing workforce.  We were also proud to be the recipients of the Ground Engineering Award for “imaginative, innovative and bold” value engineering.

Over the last year, CGL Harrogate has seen exceptional growth, culminating in the need to relocate to larger premises at Windsor House, Harrogate.  We are confident that they will continue to be successful under Richard’s leadership, providing value engineered ground solutions to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
