Ground Engineering Awards 2011
CGL have been short-listed in the Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Project category for the Guildford Radisson Hotel project which is to be completed this year.
Value engineering by us saw £1m saved on basement construction, a shorter construction programme and more sustainable use of resources.
Further savings by others in the design and build team were also made on the structural frame. We are looking forward to the judging in May.
