2010 has been a really busy year for us and I am delighted to be able to say that in the late autumn we were given Investors in People Award. This award is not easily achieved but it recognises that as a company we care about what we do, how we do it and how staff and colleagues can develop with us through the opportunities we offer. It allowed us to demonstrate to ourselves and others that the ethos of the company to support one another on a day to day basis is valued and makes us the company we are.

We were particularly encouraged by the comments of our assessor on the manner in which we clear many of the criteria and we will be continuing to develop ourselves such that by the time of the next assessment we can improve on this award.
